Call for Application – Human Rights School for young people aged 18 to 24 03 July 2015

The Helsinki Committee for Human Rights of the Republic of Macedonia (MHK), in cooperation with the Institute for Peace and Human Rights from the Region of Lower Normandy, French Republic, organizes Human Rights School for young people of both countries. At this year's school two general subjects will be discussed: 

- Freedom of expression and free media

- Hate speech and hate crimes. 

The call is open for youth from France and Macedonia, aged 18 to 24. All interested candidates from Macedonia who would like to participate in the school ought to:

1. Download and fill in the attached application form

2. Submit short CV

3. Submit motivation letter

Location: Ohrid

Time:  24 – 31 August 2015

The Committee encourages all young people, regardless of their ethnic and religious background, to apply for this school, so that they would be able to associate and study with, as well as get to know young people from France. Official languages of the school are French, Macedonian and Albanian. 

Only the selected candidates will be contacted with further information pertaining to the school.
