Invitation to Tender for PR Agency 28 February 2017

The Helsinki Committee for Human Rights of the Republic of Macedonia, within the framework of the “HELP ON THE ROUTE – Fostering protection  of  human rights of  migrants passing through Macedonia  and  Serbia “,[1] invites publishes this public Invitation to Tender for PR Agency.

The main purpose of the assignment is to target the population of the municipalities and cities through which the migrants are passing and in the communities where the facilities for migrants are or will be located, in order to promote tolerance towards the migrants, to warn of the criminal nature of the acts of violation of the migrants’ human rights’, to remind the general population of the legally-binding international obligations to protect their rights, and to showcase the individual cases of prosecution of the migrants’ human rights’ violations (if possible). The indirect purpose is to contribute to better visibility of the network “HELP ON THE ROUTE” in Macedonia and better visibility of its member organizations.

The maximum budget for this invitation is 26,700 EUR

Offers should be delivered for receipt before 31/03/2017 at 14:00h EITHER by recorded delivery (official post service) to:
